Paul was given a beautiful garnet ring by his parents over 44 years ago. His father has now passed, making the ring beyond sentimental. After being diagnosed with diabetes, Paul completely changed his diet and lifestyle, losing over 70 kilograms! Unfortunately this meant his hands also lost weight! Gardening all day, laying mulch and doing the lawns, he suddenly noticed this prized possession was missing...
