Getting a refund/exchange
While we do not generally give refunds/exchanges for change of mind, please contact Lost Treasures and our staff will assist you in any way they can.
You must have your receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return/exchange. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received, in its original packaging. It must be returned to Lost Treasures prior to a refund/exchange being processed.

To return your product, please mail your item to: Shop 1 / 821 Stafford Road, Everton Park, QLD 4053. You are welcome to return the product to our physical store in-person during normal trading hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a refund/exchange, and additional shipping costs will be charged for exchanged products to reach you.
If you are shipping back an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not accept liability for the safe return of your product to our store, or any delays in the items reaching us.
