Lay-By (Instore)

Lost Treasures offer lay-by for up to six months at our Everton Park store (this service is not available through our online store).

A minimum deposit of 10% of your total purchase is required to secure your lay-by. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. Lay-by items you've had your eye on, and spread the payment over a number of weeks.

Terms and Conditions:

Customers must sign the lay-by receipt to acknowledge these terms and conditions. Lay-by is available on an 6 month term, at a fixed price agreed upon by the buyer and seller. Lay-by's must be paid in full and collected by the finalisation date.

Deposit
A 10% deposit of the total of the lay-by is required on each lay-by.

Cancellation
Failure to collect lay-bys by the due date will be treated as cancellation of the lay-by by the customer. In these instances, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid, less the initial 10% deposit already paid.

Privacy

• Information collected for a lay-by transaction will be used for the purpose of processing your lay-by, and to send reminders via letter, SMS or email.
• Information collected for a lay-by transaction will be used for the purposes of contacting you regarding Lost Treasure policies and procedures that may affect you.
